Spotting

I just noticed some spotting when I wiped this morning. It is completely freaking me out. I don't know if I was spotting during the night since I pee in the dark. I have my u/s appointment on Monday, so I'm praying I get to see my baby growing with a healthy hb. Looks like it's going to be a long panic/anxiety filled 52 hours. Please stick, baby!!!
